1. What materials do you use?
We use a durable TPU (plastic) base for our phone cases, combined with a decorative engraved cherry wood panel that is fully treated and sealed.
Our wall art pieces are made from high-quality woods such as maple, cherry, or cedar - laser-engraved, hand-painted, and finished for long-lasting beauty.
2. Can I request a custom design or personalization?
Yes! Many of our products are customizable (names, symbols, quotes, etc.). Just send us a message with what you have in mind, and we’ll make it happen.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please check the available shipping options at checkout.
4. Are taxes and import fees included?
For U.S. orders: import fees are currently included in the total, so you should not have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For other countries, local import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Typical processing time (engraving + packing) is 1–3 business days.
Delivery time depends on your country; for U.S. orders under the new system, we expect customs clearance with minimal delays.
If your order is held in customs, we’ll monitor the status closely.
If there’s an issue (such as refusal or destruction), we’ll contact you right away with possible solutions: replacement, refund, or reshipment.
Because each item is custom-engraved, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged in transit, you’re fully eligible for a replacement or refund.
If your case is the wrong size (for example, if an incorrect model was selected), we can prepare and ship the correct one, as long as that model is available.
Reshipping and logistics costs are covered by the buyer.
Because international returns are costly and involve import fees, we may suggest gifting or reselling the item if returning it is impractical.
Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking in water or exposing it to extreme heat.
Over time, the wood finish may age naturally, this is part of the piece’s unique character and charm.
Yes. If your item arrives defective (cracks, misalignment, or functional issues), we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please contact us within a few days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
