REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item please contact me immediately.
Our phone cases are little pieces of artwork. Most of them are hand painted.Although it does protect the phone (the sides and the rear) we do recommend you apply a screen protector, and please keep it away from direct and long exposure to sun, humidity, animals and high speed particles created from fission of the atom. Please understand I cannot be responsible for bumps, drops, hungry pets or angry enemies. Indeed, the case rear is made of wood, not titanium.
We have a 14 day return policy which begins once the item(s) has(ve) been received by you.
All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well and must be returned in the same condition. After we receive the item you'll get a refund (minus shipping cost). Postage cost of returning is on the buyer.
REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS:
There are no refunds on custom pieces, (including the posters with custom message, unless there is our mistake in text).
Please remember, that if you are not satisfied with the item you received, please write to us and we will do our best to find a “win-win” solution as soon as possible.
Refund policy applies to only non-custom made items.
PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED:
If your tracking number is not working and you haven't got your package after the estimated delivery date please contact us at info@engraversdungeon.com
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged please immediately make a claim to your mail carrier and send us the proof of the damage. Once we have it we'll send you a new replacement completely free of charge.
RETURNED TO SENDER ITEM:
In case the item we sent, for any reason, return to us, you can either request another delivery (all new expenses will be covered by the customer) or we can refund you the money (minus shipping costs) and only for non-custom orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please keep in mind that wood varies in color, figure and texture, with no two pieces looking exactly alike. The photos are representative of each design. Your item may vary.
